My dad is really controlling and is allways yelling at me for stupid stuff! so useally i just take it and keep myself from reacting! But i am really emotional and i have been going throgh alot latley and today when he went of on me for opening the door when i am 15! i lost i started screaming and crying and telling him to get away! i just dont know how to react to him and with all the anger built up i just poped! so did i over react or is this normal? b/c now he is all crazy b/c i am disrespectful and saying i am grounded and trying to take my phone!
