2ND ANNUAL MISS BULLS GAP PAGEANT

FUND-RAISER EVENT

Alexandria Thacker will be this year’s hostess.

June 6, 2003 at Bulls Gap School-Bulls Gap, TN.
Registration begins at 4:30 with pageant beginning at 6:00 p.m. Dressing rooms will be open.

Age Divisions: 0-12 months, 13-24 months, 2 years, 3-4 years, 5-6 years, 7-9 years, 10-12 years, 13-15 years, 16-19 years, and 20 & up. Boys will be added if enough interest is shown.

AWARDS: There will be a winner and 4 runner-ups per age division; Queens will receive a Custom Banner, Custom Crown, lovely trophy, and gift. All contestants will receive a trophy and gift. Queens will receive $25 cash if 7 are entered in the age division.
SIDES: Each age division will award a prettiest hair, eyes, & smile winner and a most beautiful winner-these contestants will receive nice awards.

PRINCESS AWARDS: Contestants may sell tickets to pay entry fees and help win additional awards. Tickets may be obtained by calling the coordinator. Sell 75-entry fee paid and crown.
Sell 100-entry fee, trophy, & crown. Sell 150-entry fee paid, trophy, crown, and gift. Sell 200- entry fee paid, huge crown, huge trophy, and $25 cash. The contestant selling the most tickets over 200 will be named Miss Bulls Gap Hostess-Receiving Custom Crown, Trophy, Custom Banner, gifts, & $50 CASH!!! Ticket sells must be turned in by June 4 to insure that awards are on hand. Door prizes will be awarded for ticket sells.

ENTRY FEE is only $50 for all events. Minimum deposit of $20 is due by June 1, 2003; however, I will only accept the first 7 entries in each age division. Compete as age on day of event, no fallbacks; however, you may advance to the next age group. ALL PROCEEDS FROM THIS EVENT WILL GO TO ASSIST LOCAL CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS. These groups will be on hand to thank everyone for their contribution. Some organizations include: Hawkins County HAZ-MAT, Bulls Gap School Library, & Bulls Gap Recreation Committee.
