One allows you to have 2MB of VRAM, ATI video accelleration and SRS Sound all on the mobo! should be around $25 from the Zone.
I put a 5500 / 250 mobo in a Perf 6360 then sold it to a friend and then she got a 300 mhz Sonnet G3 L2 from another friend from our Mac club. This made for a very interesting "hotrod" Mac. One of the best Macs Apple NEVER built!!

All the PCI risers and backboards interchange, so you only need the mobo.
Good luck, keep an eye on this board. There are several brands of L2 cards out there. The Newer Tech's MAXpowr G3 L2's are excellant, just wont fit in a 6360 or a 5500..too tall!! meant for 6400 / 6500 or P.C.C. PowerBase clones that have plenty of overhead above the L2 slot. Heat sink fan built in!
I have a NewrTech MAXpowr ZIF Carrier Card 366mhz G3 in my PM7600 (in place of a 604e). It runs at 400 / 200 / 50mhz. very reliably. Tests out equal to a 450 G-3 in Norton System Info tests. I have two faster 7200rpm IBM 9 and 18GB SCSI-2 HD's internaly, which help make up for the slower bus.
