Subject: Why don't they explore Blair's reasons...THAT would be new

We all think Blair is so awful , "wow sleeps with John and all......blah blah...."

Do we ever think for a minute why she might do this? The writers never give us something to hang on to as why, which would be interesting.

Is she looking for a daddy? Never had one, cannot even discuss it. An adopted child is always looking to, fit in, feel in be with the family, any family, feel secure,

When she is away from Todd she feels she must be "good" to fit in? Overdoes it? Todd thinks he owns her, therefore she "gives" his possession to someone else trying to feel possession of self?

Is anything she said about Archie Bunker wrong? Should Todd react as he does? In real society he would have been in jail a long time ago.

Is she not to protect her kids? What would all of you say to Todd.....Todd I love you but you need therapy? Interesting but they don't go there.

He threw the child down a group of stairs......not intentionally, but hey around kids it is the thing you don't see that kills.

He is beating on other kids, which is so not Todd.

Todd/Archie is supposedly being Todd......doesn't work for me. Sorry.

He doesn't learn either,

She never gets to feel safe enough to feel.....to work threw her daddy complex or comfort sex or seeking to control something the only way she could as a kid, as soon as she saw the men gave her what she wanted when she was pretty.

There is so much more to think about about Blair and the writers never do, so Kassie trys to layer, and puts a brave face on and hopes for support. I may not like a lot of it, but she has mine.
