[> I really liked the way Days did their 25th anniversary shows in the late 80s (I think it was 1988). They took 3 episodes and had the matriarch of the show (who was trapped and injured as part of the storyline) think about her loved ones over the years - their romances, their adventures, the holidays they'd shared, and all of the funny moments too. Days inserted some brilliant montages set to music as the character remembered. It was lovely, and I thought a fitting tribute to the heart of the soap opera. I prefer it to what OLTL is doing now. I did not care for it much as a little kid when they first aired, but under Carlivati's pen, I really enjoyed Bo&Rex's Back to the future, Saragh in the boat, and Viki in Heaven.
