Definitely Todd acts like he doesn't regret anything he's done. He's clearly lost touch with reality. I guess he'll regret it when all of his children are taken away from him. Like him constantly beating up Cole lead to why they ran away. I thinks Blair has some fault in it too. She should have gotten Todd under control sooner or at least tried.
