Subject: I just can't feel sorry for Starr. She hasn't taken responsibility for any of this. It's all Todd's fault. That's such a turn-off. And the prospect of the same ole same old breakup storyline for T&B turns me off even more. Just. Not. Interested.

[> [> That scene was about Blair and her pain. About all of the pain that Blair was feeling and not soley about Starr. One very sad scene that is about a mother and wife's anguish. The acting was undeniably incredible whether you like the s/l or not. -- San, 14:35:33 05/23/08 Fri

[> [> [> Honestly? I didn't see much pain. I saw mostly anger. Against Todd. And no responsibility from Starr. That's what bothers me the most. Starr lectures Todd. Like his intention for her were pure evil. I think everyone knows that's not true. I'm just sad about the story overall. I just think there's nothing entertaining or pleasant about it. Sorry, it's just how I feel. Gotta be honest. -- Cathy, 15:16:05 05/23/08 Fri

[> [> JMO Cathy, but you all talk on & on about Starr not taking responsibility for this mess as though she is 25/30yrs old. I', not condoning what the kids did, but she's a 16yr old child who made a mistake, because of her father's recenr INSANITY. She was too scared & shocked to know what to do, knowing her father would kill them both. I believe she was in an ABSOLUTE no win situation & JUST RAN SCARED. I also ADMIRE everything Blair is now doing to remedy this & IMO she was very sad yesterday. -- Terry C, 06:19:38 05/24/08 Sat

[> [> [> Terry, I agree with you. This thread was about Blair, not about Todd and Star. For once, can't we have a thread about Blair without it being taken hostage by Todd-talk? This IS Blatantly Blarian after all! -- San, 10:13:20 05/24/08 Sat
