My guess is during May Sweeps and likely from the teens after Starr & Cole run off!!

When Starr and Cole get in the accident that seems to be depicted in the recent scripts that were released. Blair and Todd are obviously there, even though there are fake names in the script (Lisa and Doug Jones).

I have a feeling this will be the first time T&B learn that Starr is pregnant -- when the doctor examines here after the accident, I imagine she'll be forced to tell him and T&B will probably overhear or the doc will be forced to tell them because she's underage.

Either that or Starr is not pregnant at all and only thinks she is. She keeps saying she has all the signs, and then she said the second line on the test was "very faint." I'll bet it's a false positive and she will panic for weeks for no reason.
