Blair is truly happy with Todd & she truly loves Todd. Right now, Blair is doing what is best for her family all the way around. She is being Starr & Todd's mediator and pleading BOTH of their cases. Todd's actions might be extreme, but he is not out of order here. Starr is 16 & she is sneaking around with her 17 year old bf and having unprotected sex. Todd has every right & an obligation to protect his daughter--even from herself.
