[ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] Date Posted: 03:18:51 03/22/06 Wed Author Host/IP: adsl-70-231-131-171.dsl.snfc21.sbcglobal.net/70.231.131.171 In reply to: Dr. Armando Ayala, aka: Dr Chili 's message, "Re: THE LIME VENDOR (1946) by Adelaide Bunn" on 12:50:48 02/12/03 Wed i unfortunately was not yet born when my great-grandmother, adelaide bunn, graced this world with her presense. in fact, i never knew any of her side of my family. my mother tells me stories of her playing the piano with mrs. bunn and how sweet and cheery she was. mrs. bunn was the mother of my grandfather, forrester bruce bunn, who died when i was just 2 years old. i was never introduced to, or had any relations with this side of my family. i understand that i have some bunn relatives in laredo, texas and would very much like to know more about them. if anyone could help me with information, it would be appreciated. i do know that my grandfather had a sister (lola) and a brother ( t.a. ) who lived in laredo. i was also told that t.a. married a young mexican girl and had a family. information concerning the bunn family of laredo, texas, is anticipated and all comments welcomed. to the gentleman whos life was positively affected by the music of my grandmother, i am happy to know that she was, not only wonderful teacher and positive esteem builder, but a loving, non-judgemental woman of the laredo school system.
