Absolutelly Jim, I smoked/cooked 8 slabs after work Sunday night. 6 with maple syrup/2 with Mom's fancy molasses, hickory and cherry combo, ran them through the slicer then tried em Monday night. Maple syrup's my choice while the better half enjoyed molasses( go figure )
