Here`s a marinade good for 3 pieces of tenderloin. I`m sure you can find a way to thicken it after to mop it on at the end.

5 garlic cloves crushed and chopped
6 TBS. vegetable oil (90 ml)
3 tsp soya sauce (15 ml)
9 TBS maple syrup (135 ml)
3 tsp dried mustard (15 ml)
Salt and pepper to taste
