Thanks about updating the web site I will be doing that tonight.

That is funny you say that, pressure on the whole hog. No not really.

The pressure was to keep the event going. The organizers of Summerfest were thinking of not having the event at all. There were a few key people quit on them to run to whole event.

So we as the CBSA had to wait for them to make their decision.

So along story short there didnít want to the BBQ part at all. The thought of them handling the hogs again didnít sit well with them.

So the mention of a vender taking over the sales of the pork on a bun went very well to them.

So that would be easier for the BBQ ers and with dropping the whole hog. And makes it easier for us as the organizers of running the event. Plus makes it easier for the organizers of the Royal and JD to look at this event for this year.

Which will hopefully work a lot better in the long run.

There is a dealer for brisket that is selling it for 2.30 per pound, and you saw what they looked like at the Paul Kirk Class. So if any one needs a contact for brisket.

And just if you were wondering we are having a judging course in May plus re-training your other judges for brisket.
