Ron , glad you are happy with the taste of the sauce . when you get your smoker you'll be really impressed with what you can do . you have the right idea with the heat and time already so when you start cooking with the smoker it will all fall into place . the flavor you get will be better than you can imagine . reg ( oh by the way i'll be trying a new sauce soon made with fresh , ripe grapes . will keep you updated if you want )
