Just thought an into was in order....

Been Q'n about two years. Started with playing with the gas grill and gradually upgraded to my favourites, the WSM and the kettle. Aside from cooking, my other pastime is golf (I have more success cooking!). Looking forward to sharing ideas with other folks on this forum and expanding the numbers who enjoy this fine food.
