Subject: Canadian Pork Barbequing Championship Cookoff!

June 9th, Paris fairgrounds Paris Ontario there will be the Canadian Pork Barbequing Championship Cookoff.

Entry fee per team is $25.00..
Over $1000.00 in prizes to give away.
Saturday night jamboree.Plus a ton more give aways

For that $25.00 entry fee, the Whole Hog is supplied for you to cook, teams will be judged on:

1-Neatness and skill of carver..5pts
2-Whole Pig appearance before carving..8pts
3-Cooked-Completly..12pts
4-Taste'Moisture,texture and colour..25pts
50pts..
Ranking by teams 50pts..=100pts..

Teams must have four members to compete.

Must have....Chief Cook, Assistant cook, Stoker and Waterboy.
Myself and bbqfan1 are going to enter this with hopes that Earl will jump on board as a team member, if so, we will need another to complete a team of four.
If anyone is interested please contact us with any questions with regards to the cookoff.
I was lucky enough to have gotten an Entry form from Bruce and I will be more than happy to copy and send one out to anyone who would like to read what the itinerary will be..
