Like Glenn I would like to thank you for the encouraging words. We are new to smoking but have alot of experience sitting in a backyard with lots of beers and a couple of barbecues. We are semi-pro recreational cooks and rank amateur competition cooks. Sunday was a real eye-opener to all the members of the team as to the amount of work it takes to compete in a cook-off. We look forward to in the future competing in more and bettering all our techniques.
