hey morning there Mobster, Smokin Jim, Qfan and the rest of you guys. i can't see any other way than to make homemade. your customers would hang you up here. i don't know how they get away with it in the states but there is no way here. my cook is only for a lunch, 4 oz beans per plate but that still equates to a lot of work.
