morning Qfan, what we have done at corn roasts is to soak the whole corn in the husks right in a cooler full of water, 1/2 cup salt and 1 cup brown sugar. after and hr or a six pack remove and grill with the husk intact until it is charred all around. peel and dip the whole ear into a quart jar of melted butter (sorry Jim and Stu) then salt and pepper to taste.
