We've come to like it husked and de-silked, rubbed with olive oil and some season salt/all purpose rub and on Egg at 225-250, rotating til the kernels just start to carmelize (a lot of natural sugar in corn, eh?!) But, the bacon....my stomach thanks you (my arteries not so much!)
