Going Whole Hog "Again"

We are going to take another run at cooking whole pig again. This time we are going to cook about a 100lb hog. I want to start it on Friday night & have it ready by about 1:00pm Sat.
I would like to know if anyone here is interested in coming to my shop on a Sat for a meal & a Budweizer. It should be within the next few weeks. This way we can plan on how many people plan to come. The location will be about 4klms north of the Hyw#401 & Hyw#400 interchange. You can post or e-mail me as to how many can make it. I told Bruce we would cook at least 3-4 pigs before the Brantford cookoff, so i still have to fine tune my new cooker.This will also give us a chance to meet the other new folks on the CBSA form as well.
