Subject: What's cooking for Easter?

We're still buried under a couple feet of melting snow here on a humid, grey, bone chilling Easter weekend. Last year at this time I was enjoying my first-ever smoke. What is everyone cooking for Easter?

For my family tonight, since we can't eat meat, it'll be steamed mussels in a wine and vermouth cream sauce. Tomorrow I'll be trying cornish hens for the first time and I'll be baking a slow ham on Sunday.
