Hey Ron, fir this weekend, last night was three racks of pork back ribs rubbed with Dizzy Pig Barbecue Company's rub, deep fryed chicken wings, potato salad and home made bbq baked beans......for todays cook is a pork butt all rubbed up with Dizzy Pig Rub and smoked over pecan and apple, tomorrow is a smoked turkey cooked on the egg with no wood for smoke.......a weekend full of cooking...
