Thanks, Reg. I did some eye of round a couple of weeks back and had good reviews. You're right; very little shrinkage. I haven't even been able to find a supplier here for Angus Beef.or for flats only. I had to take the whole brisket the last time I did it. The price was right about $2.35 or so but a lot of trimming to get to the real goods. Shame we don't "the beef people" to help out. LOL
