Glad to hear you got your cooker up & running. Someone mentioned to me some time back that a fire hose would work well for a heat gasket. I would think that a demolition company would have them sitting around. I may be going to extremes here but if you can't find a gasket large enough for your off set, this may help.

You got plans for next weekend??
