Subject: No Turning Back Now!! "Pig Roast Is A Go"

Well for good or bad, we are going to take a kick at the hog. Next Sat, April,13th. We have a 100lb hog on order for next Friday along with brisket, pork shoulder & maybe some ribs. Dominion has babybacks on for $3.85 per lb.
Not sure if we are going to cook it laying flat or if we use the rotisserie unit, still depends on the weather & temps.
The location has been changed from my shop to one of the team members house.
Invite is open to all but you must bring a chair of some type & BYOB. There will be some but if you have a brand you like, please bring it, also pop will be there for the kids or anyone else.
We would like to have everything ready for around 2;00pm but no promises. You are welcome to show up anytime after 12:00 noon unless you want to sit up all night with us & smell the smoke then anytime is fine.LOL

This invite has been extended to none form members as well so we are expecting some 40 or so people, but who knows.
Please e-mail me how many you will bring & i will get you a map & a phone #. When you e-mail please use BBQ in your heading or i may send it right to the trash as a force of habbit.
The house is small but nice so dress for the weather in case you plan on staying outside with us. Lastly, if it is going to rain, then we will still have it but the address may change again so stay tuned to the form.
