morning there Earl and thanks. what you see on the sides are thermo's and yes there are four of them. the lower rack is made from 1" square heavy wall tubing for doing hogs. we can easily fit a hog on along with about 15 or 20 shoulders at the same time. the cooking chamber is 5' wide, 3' high and 2' deep. it holds a very even temp across the entire width and height. we are still trying to get use to it yet but have done two successfull cooks on it so far. as far as comps go, we will see whats happening for time in the very near future, like later today. i will keep in touch. reg
