Subject: Beef Ribs----HELP!

I have a box of beef ribs coming next week. I've never done them before and would appreciate any suggestions.
They come vacuum packed, 7 ribs to a rack, 3 racks to a bag, 3 bags to a box so they should be pretty meaty. I'm figuring on a rub like you would use on a brisket with a little less heat and about 5-6 hours at 210 - 220.
I need all the help I can get on this one.
