Subject: There's a new Cooker in town

Well folks, got back last night with the new Hollstein cooker, Looks great if i do say so. Vince, my brother-inlaw
came up with a few good suggestions on things that we might change, so over the winter, i will look into this. Want to thank Roger again for all help clearing customs. I almost had to leave it there, but i gave them all the paperwork & even had them call the licencing office so they could straighten them out, won't have happened if Roger didn,t forewarn me about to trouble he had.. After 1 hr, we were cleared & are now ready to cook whole pig, even faster that before. LOL. Hope not, 6 hrs early gave us more brinking time right BBQ1.LOL
Oh yes, almost forgot when we pulled off the foil & his nose came off with it, made for great presentation that did.. So who wants to join my team. LOL.. Was fun & we learned.

Bustin Loose BBQer's
Earl
