>Finally made it back to Dipamo's today for another kick at the can(or butt?)I missed out on the pulled pork last time I was there and had been wanting to try it.So I got me a couple 'o pulled pork and a brisket sammies to go along with sides of beans and slaw.I was not disappointed.The pork had a nice mild smokey flavor to it and was falling apart.The beans were very good as well with pieces of brisket scraps and burnt ends added.But once again the brisket was the best part,just melt in your mouth and really tasty.I spoke to the owner and he said he uses wood only in an oklahoma joe.Do you pro's think this adds the extra flavor or is it all in my head(or stomach)?You've been there have'nt you Earl?Did you try the brisket and what did you think?BTW congrats on your new cooker and good luck!
