Yes that be me! How are things going for you up in Manitoba? I hate to admit it, but we are snow free here in the Fingerlakes of NY State!
Setting up a BBQ restaurant in Northern NY State, things are going well. I am also setting up a sauce and rub company.

I will be headed to Texas to play at the Houston Rodeo and to get my 3rd Klose rig in less than a year. I will be spending at least 2 maybe 3 weeks in Texas, enjoying life with Dave Klose.
No website yet but expect to see one soon. I still have a smokin jim's shirt..........
I wish there was a easy way to get you the wine! LOL
Did you ever open the Restaurant we talked about?
Anyway I had the pleasure of meeting some fine Canadian cookers at the Jack Daniels the last few years, and am trying to set up a bbq and beer session with them again. I ran into Danny G at the American Royal..... He looked good!
Are you headed to Carlsbad anytime soon?
