Evenin' all...

Dang these chickens turned out fine... had them on at 11am and took them off at 4:15. The apple juice in the water bath worked great and i used a little less applewood than normal. We only ended up eating one, and are leaving the other one for lunch tomorrow. (Unless there are other offers LOL) Ive made lots o'chickens before, but these have to be the moistest (is that a word ??), most tender birds ever for me !

Maybe they wont last until tomorrow ???
