morning Ron , glad to hear your Montreal smoked meat was a success . and Qfan i have to agree , those flats have to be between 190 - 200 degrees . i have only done the one but it was 199 when it came off and it was real tender . as far as me leading you slowly along the way , we are all learning as we go and its a whole lotta fun . now back to the garage to work for me . talk at ya later boyz . reg
