Subject: A FUNDRAISER of EPIC PROPORTION!!!!!!!!!!

Good morning folks,

Please give this a read and keep in mind this is right from the annuls of my cranium.

A "Fundraiser of Epic Proportion" is what I would like to propose to all of you.

I think it would be a great idea, one that would require a ton of logistics as well as many other considerations but would be wonderful if pulled off in the proper manner...

I suggest we vote from a list of "provincial" societies via Bruce`s voting method on the CBSA webpage, much like the "soused hog award" method .

Find a common, non business type facility and utilize the teams of Little&Large BBQ, Swinefellows, Hickory Lodge and of course CBSA....
It would bring tremendous recognition and awareness to the BBA scene that we all know is lacking in these parts..

I`m sure there would be someone willing to donate a hall with kitchen facilities to prepare the plates out of the outside elements.

beans: , you get the picture....

We would need someone(s) to hit the pavement to round up sponsors for the meat,fuel, salads,sides etc..

It would be nice to find a central location thats convenient to most of us.

What do you all think?
Is this worth talking about?
Is it "do-able"
Is it something that you all might be interested in?
Are there things involved that might pose problems?

Please, lets talk about this, I'm sure a lot of "good" could come from this...
