hey morning back at ya Johnny . that week on the beach sounds like a winner to me also . now if we could just think of a way to get paid to do it . spent yesterday and this fine day finishing off smoking the bacon that had been curing for the last week . this aft will be giving the salami i made a slight touch of smoke then back into the fridge to finish drying for about 45 days . i may even indulge in a few brews myself later today . reg
