Subject: Learn to Cook Hog like the Cdn Champs!!!

Either due to modesty, or the fact that this was taped before the CBSA exploded on the scene, Bruce and the SF's haven't posted yet about the showing of their episode of the 'Great Canadian Food Show' on Foodtv Canada. Tune in tonight at 9:30 eastern, 6:30 Pacific (or nighthawks: 2:30 am central, 11:30 P) and see the guys (Internationally renowned bbq team, don't ya know!! LOL) cook the bejeebers out of a hog. They even give away their award-winning sauce recipe, at least according to the show promo; this will be my first viewing of the episode. For all teams sick of viewing the tail end of the SF's in the hog division, this is a definite must-see. Bruce, Bob, Wayne, Dwayne, Scotty and other members of the SF juggernaut, we will all have our VCR's set to record this one.
All kidding aside, I've been awaiting the repeat of this episode; it will be great to see folks you know do something like this.
