Subject: Reg: Smoked Eggs; not the Big Green one

Reg and all:
Tried out some 'devilled eggs' using smoked hard boiled eggs the other night. Not too shabby! Boiled the eggs, then put on the Egg on a sheet of foil. Handfull of applewood on a low fire (about 200 I guess). Let it go about 30 minutes or so. Eggs took on a golden colour. Let cool, then sliced in half, scooped out yolks and mixed with mayo and some Batch #218 Louisiana Hot Sauce (Motto: 'Pain is Good'). Restuffed and let cool in the fridge until I couldn't handle suspense any longer. Yum! Will do these again. Have you tried them out yet, Reg? Anyone?
