morning Qfan , no have not had time yet but they are on the list of things to try . maybe this week coming up . i was disappointed i missed the chat room the other night . i would have liked to hear Bruce's discussion on doing whole hogs . when i seen them on tv i liked the way they cut the skin back to allow for fat to render out . pretty slick idea . also would liked to have heard how they butterflied to make the hog flat . anyway , maybe another time . reg
