No, the cooker is here in my driveway Ron....

My neighbour just pointed out that it`s probably the fact that there is no CSA or UL approval sticker on the cooker that might be the issue.....
Thats going to be a problem for sure,
I`m going to call Bruce at Holstein right now to ask what has happened in the past to Canadaian Customers...
