Reg, Ive cooked three in my limited career on an offset. They all weighed about 8#, packer cut from the same butcher.Cookin times ranged from a low of 12 hours to almost 16.If you're a drinker, pace yourself, it could be a long day or who knows, you might run out. All turned out pretty tasty so far...bbbrown
