 Although it is frustrating to not have the professors be more understanding, I think you did the right thing in seeking accommodations. I think using accommodations to get your degree is a good thing. I used accommodations to get my degrees. Without the accommodations I would have flunked out of school. School will not last forever. Things will get better after you're out of school. The education establishment is just very inflexible. You can seek to choose a career where people are more flexible.
