Dear Mom who wants to help child thinking in sound.
Interesting problem I would first search on-line at

may find free music instruction. If that does not prvide
you with enough information local colleges are by the
www.Americanwithdisabilitiesact.com to provide accomodations for all types of learning disabilities.
You and your son need to know your rights and ask for them.
