 Hi,
I am very up front about my terrible spelling. We have a policy in my class, if they think they have identified an incorrect spelling, they have to verify it, using a dictionary, correct it if necessary and claim their house point. However, if I my spelling is correct then my house gets the house point.
It works for me and keeps them focused on the work.
