 I was a Pe teacher back in the Uk and I had a number of pupils that lacked self confidence for a whole number of reason's. The best policy that I found was to talk to the pupil away from the other puils and also give him time to pracise so give them time to do the vault after school for example.Then give them alot of praise when they get it right.It can have a dramatic effect.This then can have a tremendous knock on affect in lots of other areas.Hope this helps
