 I am looking for any information/pictures regarding LST 797. My grandfather was on this one. Been looking but haven't been able to come up with much. I know from this:

That it was involved with the Okinawa Gunto capture, and that it was part of "Tractor Group HOW", but I can't find much else other than the general dates it was built/commissioned/decommissioned.

Any help is appreciated.
