Well I have a older Tv card from Happuage or however you spell it lol But I was looking for a software program that would allow me to Decode certain channels. Now I do know that there is some out there but I need to know if there is one that will decode Digital Cable with the Tv Card I have now I use a GE digital Box so any help would be great and I live in the USA reason for saying that is cause I know that TV is different all around the world.
