Read all the englightening insights connected with ChloeG's dream and octavation process how to best enable it and let it happen ... and of course inspired more insights within my own "line of events" so to speak ...

I just wasn't sure how what others term "kundalini" is fit to be called Chi or Ki....guess is just one aspect of chi and its movements in a spiral motion (also inside spine ?)
Anyhow the ascending movement brings out number of emotions, which are considerably amplified, often accompanied by pleasant and unpleasant hallucinations (visions)...knowing how to "ride" this energy, yes often wild ride ChloeG :), is the "dragon"'s or some other mythical animal's ride, and this ride remains wild until all "monsters" of the mind have been met with which also cleanses us of them and in general the morbidity that is encrusted in our "bodies" (esp mental)
so IS a purifying ride...it is really as if, via our personal "pockets of toxins" we meet the colletive cauldron of it, which can be terrifying) ... the ride remains safe, as long as we don't "dismount" in fascination of what we encounter, and as long as we stay with our breath which is our mount of Nowness ...

There is no reason not to enjoy this particular journey with kundalini once we have understood how to stay safe ... and the enhanced emotions that go with it ...(I felt priviledge to receive a special blessing from my buddhist friends called "Sadhana of Mahamudra" to help the "ride" through peak experiences)

Once the steam of these rides settles and we have not left our still center, to indulge in experience or boost ego addictions with it (often sexual, spiritual or power trips), we then "know" and are given "further instructions" on how to proceed next ...

I'll like to suggest the next "outline" of path ... which takes the shape of "Grail" ... Vase, which is the shape of the Chi, when extruded through the crown shakra, at the outside of head ... it is described as annels who are guided along a pipe (the spine) and extruded outside of head, look like the water containers that some ancient water carrier held on top of head ... the make resembles those ceramic vessels made with superposed annels of clay glued together (my friend used to make them)... It is also the pure space in which Amitabha Buddha resides and from where the adept is lead to the pure realms, which are the radiant lands of undescribable beauty, of buddhas ... the Nad is a small thingy, shaped as an accent, on top of the conical lid of this vase ...

A friend called me yesterday from California (St Diego) to tell me about a vietnamese Master, the lady taught her students how to connect to the sound current & realms of the buddhas, by saying the names of certain buddhas (guess inviting their energy)...
