i went for a walk on the beach this morning. at one point i stopped along the shore, turned toward the horizon and felt the waves splash on my ankles. i sensed a message of the importance of water awareness and {acknowlegdement:appreciation} and how much of this element is untouched (compared to the land).

the water element was very strong today. this in particular caught my attention raingoddess, "It has the sensation of coolness".
