I have also heard of the possibility to alight one's "inner sun", much like lighting a candle from another ... this is another process than this man's ... in this case one doesn't depend on an outer sun, or outer water any longer ...
sounds also like a great way to "burn of" one's stuff from the inside, personal veil and so forth, and change the way phenomena is projected along with the clearing of the "projector" ... this has more to do with "reality shift" and there is no evidence of much interest in this, as long as there will be something exterior to feed on ...
