Subject: 23 February has a 23 theme emphasized.

Just found that today's full harmonics of date + day of week = 203 ( February 23 = 119 + 84 of Sunday )

203 is a 20 + 3 or 23. Not sure what this means, but the 119 of today's date = Next Level.
23 = End, also = I AM.
23 = Deck, and as Tarot deck, #23 is The Chariot or victory card. And of course this is year 2003, so the 23 theme is more evident today.
